Cancellation Policy
The Esthie Room LLC requires a valid credit/Debit card to book appointments and has a 48hr cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48hrs will not be charged a fee. Appointments cancelled less than 48hrs notice will result in a charge of 100% of appointment cost and will be counted as a NO SHOW! There is a 7 minute late policy. If you are more than 7 minutes late there will be an extra $10 charge. If you are more than 10 minutes late it will count as an NO SHOW!
